Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — UnderStack, Astridsvej 7, 8220 Brabrand (Aarhus), Denmark, info@understack.dk, +45 91 40 67 22 — of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example with the Withdraw from contract here function on understack.dk, by email, or with the model form below (its use is not obligatory). To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees. Your licence key is deactivated and you may no longer use the software.

Loss of the right of withdrawal

UnderStack Code is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal ends when the download of the software starts, if before that you expressly consented to the supply starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you on a durable medium.
