What GastroApp is
GastroApp is a multi-tenant web platform for restaurant operations, designed from the kitchen outward.
A company has restaurants, and each restaurant has its own workspace: items with units and costs, recipes costed from those items, stock, production runs, waste, tasks, events, end-of-day closeout, reports and a dashboard. Users get one of six roles, and administrators manage companies, restaurants and access.
The value is in how the records connect: an item supplies a recipe's ingredient cost, relates to stock, appears in production, and feeds the reports.
You are not buying a subscription. You are acquiring the product, and you can make it yours.
Where it comes from
Software and real kitchen experience
GastroApp came out of an unusual combination: many years of software development and first-hand experience inside professional kitchens in Denmark.
Its founder, Diego Posleman, had worked with software for about 15 years when he moved to Denmark and started working in restaurants as well, eventually as a sous chef. From inside the daily operation he kept meeting the same problem: recipes in one place, inventory in another, tasks passed on by message, closeouts done by hand, reports scattered, and too many small operations that depended on memory, paper or tools that did not talk to each other.
GastroApp was built to solve that from the point of view of someone who knew both software development and the real work of a kitchen. It was not designed as a concept demo. It was designed around concrete restaurant workflows.
The problem
Kitchen work scattered across too many places
Kitchen information is usually scattered across spreadsheets, paper, supplier PDFs, messages and individual memory. That makes it hard to keep recipes consistent, to see where losses come from, to coordinate preparation and to know whether the day's work was actually completed. GastroApp keeps that work in one operational model, so the records connect instead of repeating each other.

Modular
Use the whole platform, or only what fits
GastroApp is built as a modular platform. A buyer can keep the whole product, or use only the components that fit their portfolio, market or existing product: keep the recipe and costing workflows and drop the rest, extend closeout for a specific kind of venue, or fold selected capabilities into a hospitality platform they already run. Modular here means a clear product structure; it does not mean separate services or independent deployment.
Use the whole platform or only what fits.
GastroApp is modular by design. Keep the full product, remove the modules you do not need, extend existing workflows or integrate selected capabilities into an existing hospitality platform.
